适用范围:
KL-200ZD是KL-286型系列切捆条机的配套机型，适用于各种布料、无纺布、泡棉、皮革、纸张、反光材料、醋酸布、补强带、导电布等材料圆包装及各种织物工切捆条前的重复打卷，能卷制成直纹或45度斜纹卷材。

配备特点：

（1）采用电子对边装置，使布匹等材料卷取后，布边缘整齐一致，且可根据布料种类控制卷布的松紧度。

（2）配有米表自动控制装置，可精确计量布米长或码长，并自动控制。

（3）卷布速度可无级调节，并可正反转控制及点动自动切换，生产效率高，节省人力，单人操作方便。

（4）斜纹卷布可在20度至70度之间调节。

（5）采用不锈钢布桶，永不生锈，避免沾污布料。

该机可与CJ-286型切捆条机配套使用，可直接进行布料的切条加工。

Application :
As a matching machine of Model KL-286 strip cutting machine, KL-200ZD is widely used in round packing of cloth, non-woven fabrics, foaming cotton, leather, paper, reflective materials, acetate cloth, reinforcing band and electric conduction cloth as well as the repeat rolling of fabrics stripping. It enables to roll it into vertical stripe or 45°twill.
